no backup
I have a SureStore DAT 24x6 and I can not get it to load the tapes. It was fine untila bout a week ago and now nothing! I have cleaned it and used new tapes but still get nothing. Please help!!!

Run the diagnostics utility - it seems like a hardware problem though.
