Problem upgrading from G54D to G66D

Hi,

I can't upgrade the firmware from G54D to G66D for an HP StorageWorks LTO-3 Ultrium 960 Tape Drive SCSI, I'm using HP Library and Tape Tools 4.14SR1, I've stopped all the Symantec backup exec processes and also tried to do the G64D update first but it still gives the same result. I've included some screenshots of what happens. 

What can i do to complete this firmware upgrade?

This is the drive's heatlh status test log I made with the HP Library and Tape Tools.
