Problems with OBDR

Just got a new HP ProLiant ML350 G5 server and running Windows server 2008 64. Ever time I use the HP data protection express software and try and back up my server I receive and error message.

Error 4462: The media was not prepared for boot with HP's One-Button Disaster Recovery (OBDR) solution.

Anyone have any ideas

You need to perform a full backup with overwrite all media, what version of DPE are you running?

I have actually tried that and I was getting an error 4462.
I then found this document and have been trying to follow it and have had now luck.

I get to page 5 at the top where it says please choose the NUM of the tape drive to place into OBDR mode and then when I choose the NUM it comes up with a messege saying "Problems issuing OBDR mode select command, resending".

I can't figure out what is going on.

The version that I am using is 4.00

OBDR was not supported on DPE 4.0 until version 4.0 sp1 try upgrading.
