Restore Problems (SureStore 35480A)
My problem is two-fold...
1) It appears that I backed up an Access LDB file, which will not let me restore a copy of my Access Database. I get a "File Inaccessible" error. Is there a way to delete or remove the LDB file from the backup tape?
2) Somehow the catalog on the tape got deleted, so now I get a message saying there are no Backup Sets on the tape.
I am not really a SysAdmin, but have been thrown into the fray...please help!

Re: Restore Problems (SureStore 35480A)
Hmmm... some backup applications let you rebuild the catalogue by sequentially reading the files on the tape. I know how to do it with a couple of applications but not all of them 8-(
Once you have rebuilt the catalogue, then you could always restore by selecting all the files except the .LDB one that is causing problems.
cheers
John
