Robotic Failure error in HPML4048

I am getting "Robotic Failure SC10" error in the HP ML4048 tape library. Kindly suggest.

We need more information than that. SC10 isn't a valid error code for the library. Where is that displaying?

Can you use L&TT http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools or the library web interface and get a suport ticket from the library and post that here?
