SDLT 110/220
I keep getting DLT4 tapes sent to me by a customer that simply wont be read by either my SDLT or DLT drive (both compaq)backup exec simply marks them as bad media I know the tape works as i have seen them backup and restore from it. Is there anywhere i can get firmware upgrades etc for these drives?
Any help greatly appreciated

Re: SDLT 110/220
This may be possible if your customer is using a VS series drive, once the tape is written, you can't backward read it. Is that a possibility?
