Hello Every one,

Thanks for looking into the issue.

The issue is now resolved we have followed below steps for that.

1. Power off the library.

2. Open the Top cover.

3. Try to move the Picker, vertically and Horizontally for few min.

4. Verify if any Gear is broken or stucked if not.

5. Power on the Library (issue resolved )

6. Put the Top cover back, fix the drive in rack, scan in backup software select and shoot the backup
