Setting up a surestore dlt 7000 library

I am trying to set up a surestore dlt 7000 library. The problem that I am having is getting the host computer to recognize the library.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers for the scsi card that I am using to connect to the library but that did not fix the problem. I have tried replacing the scsi cable, which also did not fix the problem. I also double checked the steps for connecting the library up.

Can anyone think of something that I could try to fix my problem?
