Hi Ariyan,
Single Button Capture is eefective to gather all the information of EVA in a single zip file. For collecting SBC, do the following steps:

1. Start Command View EVA.
2. To access the field service page, add < /fieldservice > at the end of the URL address displayed, and hit .
3. Select the source EVA from the drop down list and click on the "Select System" button.
4. Select "Capture System Information" from Field Service Options page.
5. Save CaptureSystemInfo.zip file
