Slow Performance

I have tried to use HP StorageWorks 1/8 Autoloader to backup. However, I found that the backup is very very slow (less than 10MB/min) on both BackupEXEC or NT Backup. I checked the block size (64K) is correct and used Ultra160 SCSI internal cable, do you have any idea on this issue?

There could be many reasons for your poor performance and you really haven't posted enough info to help pinpoint the issue yet.
