SSL1016/1280 Superloader Help

I have recently installed a Storageworks 8/16 Autoloader in my rack and connected it to a DL360. The server is running Windows 2000, and the drivers used were supplied on CD with the autoloader.

The autoloader is not available to the OS and although I can now see 16 DLT1 drives under Tape Drives in Computer Management, there is no Medium Changer. I have looked for changer drivers and cannot find a way to successfully install this product. Please help.

Has anyone had similar experience? If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.
