SSL2020 Error 3021

Everytime I try and move a tape from a slot to another I get a Code 3021 No Cartidge
Any clues why ???

Here is a generic link to the downloads page for the library. Select your O/S and download the Library and Tape Tools, version 3.5 HotFix 1):

You can run diagnostics on your library from the tools, but you can also generate a trouble ticket and send this to HP. They can diagnose the error logs from your library like noone else can.
