Stop Error, Driver IRQL Not Less...when installing driver
Our Storageworks DAT24(#Q1547A)has repeatedly failed in the last 6 weeks.
Today we tried installing the latest device driver. Doing so produces a stop error of 0x00000001 - Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal........Fireport.sys. The Fireport.sys file seems to be tied to the Diamond Multimedia Systems SCSI Host Adapter.
Uninstalling this new Storageworks driver (ver 1.5.3.1), and reinstalling the old driver does not fix the stop error.
We currently have the device uninstalled to keep the server running.
Would anyone have a suggestion? Thank you.
