StorageWorks Interface Card & Command view ESL Libraries

We have two ESL 9595 Tape libraries and find the ability to diagnose problems difficult with just the NSR event logs.

We are considering buying StorageWorks Interface cards to improve diagnostic reporting and improve troubleshooting. I would like to hear from someone who has uses these cards for diagnostic purposes.
