Storageworks SSL2020 Firmware Upgrade Problems

I tried to upgrade the firmware on my storeagewors SSL2020 tape drive, and it failed. Now the device is unusable. It boots to the following message:

OVERLAND LIBRARYPRO FLASH BOOT CODE
Attempting to Sync with master or host

The library and tape tools no longer recognize it as a device. Is there anyway I can correct this?

To solve this problem, you need the LIBCEN31 utility. If you call Compaq technical support they will email it to you. Connect to the SSL2020 through the serial port, and upload the firmware using this utility
