StoreEver Ultrium LTO-6 6250 external tape drive problem

Hello guys. I have a problem with the above mentioned tape drive.

Thing is: since last week,when copying files, transfer speed is starting off good, and its becoming slower and slower till it almost reach 0.

Tried to update firmware with the HP Library and Tape tools, but the firmware version is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Is that a recurring issue or one time? Have you observed it with specific file types or the entire data?

Clean the Drive with a Cleaning Tape

Try a different Tape

Use HP Library and Tape tools for:

Drive Performance Test to see performance without any Application

Generate a Support Ticket with LT&T , it will show you Drive Errors
