surestor e2000
Tape will not eject.Tape tool device analysis shows no problems. O/S win 2000 Pro backup. Orig. backed up w/o compression, 2nd attempt, I chose to compress the backup. Backup started then (10-20 sec) unit stopped, would not eject, backup pgrm shows no media.

Dear Richard,
First try to cycle the power to the drive (turn it off and then back on). If this fails then the drive will need to be returned to HP for repair.
