Surestore Dat24 Tape eject problem

2 out of 9server that I'm watching here, are having problems with getting tape in and out of the drive. They both are on Win2000 server, SP4, using Veritas Backup Exe V.9.1.
Server#1: When I put the tape in, it accepts it but it ejects it in 2minutes. Same thing happens when I put a cleaning tape in.
Server#2: The tape is stuck in the drive. whatever I do, it just doesn't come out.

On both drives, the lights on the front are off.

Hi! I've the same problem since 1 week. I can't eject the tape and I've to reboot the server. Maybe the tape unit is defective ?
I use it since 2 years.
Windows 2000
SP2
BE 9.1
