Surestore T4 8GB
I didnt explain this properly before. I have a Surestore T4 8GB internal tape drive. The 20GB tapes fit the unit. I need to know if I can upgrade the software to run the 20GB tapes.

Sorry, Simon, there is nothing you can do to use larger tapes in this tape drive. The formats are different and the drive can neither read nor right anything larger than the 4/8gig tapes

The only tapes that you can use are the 5gb or the 8gb Part#C4429A , and Part#C4425A.
