the elevator blocked error during move elevator to scan position code 8b 26

We have loaded the tape drive after loading the tape displayed above mentioned error from the tepe. please advise

Hi,

it seems, that something blocks the Gripper/Sled inside.

Remove the Magazine take a lamp and look if there is a mechanical block.

Most Time a Tape falls Inside.
