TL891 with TZ89 and Win2000 drivers

TL891 with TZ89 and Win2000 drivers

Hi,
have a customer with the following problem:

with Microsoft river "Unknown media charge device" the library is working, but with HP drivers hptapedrvrs.exe the library is NOT working.
Library Firmware revision 5.25
Tape Firmware revision V097/CPA2

Can anyone help me ?
