TL891
I have a Storageworks TL891 with 35\70 drives. It is coming up with a 3102 error, which translates to a jammed picker. I have tried resetting the box, power down\up etc; and cannot get the box back up. It is usually a very reliable machine and was wondering if anyone out there had any idea's as to how I might fix this?

Re: TL891
Have you tried removing the magazine and checking the tapes there?
Here is more detail on that error:
---
While stowing to a bin, the
picker moved too far. This
generally occurs if the arm
slips in between two
cartridges during the final
push.
---
If it's under a support contract, I would suggest having HP service check it out.
If it is not, and is out of warranty, you probably need to open it up and see if a tape cartridge is jammed in the picker, a drive, or the magazine.

The journey IS the reward.

Re: TL891
Hi
Than you for that, but I spent most of today on it and after flashing the firmware among other things, I happened to notice a piece of paper stuck in the pick module, on removal and reboot it is working fine.
Thanks for your help.
