TL895 Robotic Hardware Error

I have a Compaq TL895. A drive went bad, was replaced and now I cannot run mutliple backup jobs at once. Using Veritas 9.0.4454. I receive the following message:

All drives go offline.
Veritas says it's a hardware issue. I have the TL895 SCSI attached to Fiber Channel Tape Controllers then to an ML530 Server.

When the drive was replaced did the library get calibrated? I have had problems when recalibrating only the drives and ended up doing the library.
