Ultrium-2 SCSI driver

I have spent hours looking for a driver for the Ultrium-2 SCSI tape backup system. I have Windows 2003 Server and I am trying to use my tape backup in ArcServe but the software won't allow me to assign it to a tape library. CA told me to update the driver and update the service pack on CA Brightstor ArcServ. Does anyone know where I can find the W2003 Server driver for this unit? I am out of guesses and I've combed the net. You would think I could find it easily on HP.com but if you don't know the serial number of the unit, it doesn't help much.
