Ultrium LTO 2 Tape Drive Information

I need how much backup Ultrium LTO 2 drive will take in compression mode in windows 2000 OS & Win 2003 server.


Now i am able to take up to 280GB in NTBackup, Plz suggest me how to take full tape backup..

Any configuration need to be done for full tape backup? Becoz in HPL&TT Dev Performance i can able to take Full tape backup but in NT Backup i am not able to take...

An LTO-2 media can store 200 GB _uncompressed_. How much does fit depends on how good your data can be compressed. If, for example, you have an achive full of .ZIP files which represents compressed data, you will not see much win if at all.
