Ultrium230 XP & Server 2003 drivers

XP seems to be able to address the drive properly right out of the box.
Is it desireable or necessary to load the drivers from the support download area ?
If so, there appear to be two driver folders within that driver package, which one should I use ?
Is the answer the same for Windows Server 2003?

We kinda recommend using our latest drives, but I'm a bit of a fan of if it ain;t broke then don't fix it.
