Unlock Magazine it now asks for password
I started using RMI(Remote Management Interface)for our MSL2024. Prior to this we were able to unlock the left/right magazine using the Symantec Backup Exec Application. However, after I created a password to have Admin rights to RMI, I can now only unlock the magazine from RMI. This time on Backup Exec is prompts to enter a password from OCP Panel. Does anyone know why its causing it? And can I be able to unloack the magazines using either the RMI and Symantec Backup Exec?

Re: Unlock Magazine it now asks for password
The default when a password is set is to require a password to remove the magazines.
Use the web interface and "Configuration" -> "System" and remove the check from "Magazine access using front panel - Admin password required" to allow access without the password again but still have the password set for web access.
