Unrecoverable Hardware Error
I have an internal HP Colorado 20gb drive running win 2k. Purchased the latest Stomp backup my pc program. When I try to backup, I get the error message Unrecoverable Hardware Error, Please insert another media. Changing to another brand new media still gives the same message. Tried all the remedies in diag program, Downloaded the latest VIA drivers. Tried uninstalling and re installing the drive. I did a full backup a month ago and everything worked perfectly. The only changes made to my comouter during the last month was the microsoft recommended microsift updates and security patches. I had the drive checked locally and it worked fine on another computer. Help!!!
