win 2000 software for colorado 14GB

I have a Travan Colorado 14GB internal tape drive. I had been using the Colorado Backup II software on a win 95 machine but am now installing the tape drive on a win 2000 machine. I have the updated drivers, but the colorado backup II software won't load. Where can I get the new Colorado Backup II software for Windows 2000?

Hi mate,
You need CB2 version 8.1 or higher. Unfortunately this s/ware is now obselete so obtaining it may prove very difficult. Also as far as I am aware, there are no CB2 d/loads or upgrades available on the web.

Your best option would be to purchase Veritas' "Backup my PC" s/ware ...Retails for around $100 and would provide all the drivers to run your colorado 14gb.
