ZBUS ERR
We are running HP SureStore Tapeautoloader for backup, managed from Win2k system.
This morning we had ZBUS ERR, which required HP SureStore restart. After restart, the managing software (Veritas Backup Exec) shows the storage device as offline, though the device itself seems OK. Restarting backup services doesn't help - the device still seen as offline.
QUESTIONS:
what does that ZBUS ERR mean? why it could occure?
why after restarting the storage device it doesn't appear as online in Veritas Backup Exes?
Thanks for consideration.

Re: ZBUS ERR
ZBUS error is related with LCD Display malfunction. When this error appears, library fails and hang. It's necessary substitute this part to solve the problem.
