Konstantin,
Hard to troubleshoot using Google translate and based on a few screen shots.
From what I can understand and see you have a failed IO cache and a bad supercap.
If the system is under warranty or support contract you can open a case. We are usually replace both of them in the same time to make sure the problem is fixed.
If not under the contract you can try to replace the supercap first then if still issues also replace cache. Fix the hardware first then see if still issues with the NAS.
From the screen shot it seems that the system is also running a very old code.
Keep in mind there are many fixes in the latest codes and we are running now 3.18.18.
