HPE StoreONCE 4500 VTL FAULT

Hi, I need advise on how I can resolve the FAULT on my VTL.

I've also tried to upgrade the FIRMWARE to version 3.16.3 but failed due to the Fault I am having.

Hello @ihhtcm,

This issue could be because of erroneous data written to a metadata file. The next time the file is read, it causes a crash and core dump. There might be a scenario to clear the core dumps and ensure that the storage is okay, before any software upgrades are performed. You can try upgrading the software to 3.16.7 and 3.18.0.
