HPE StoreOnce VSA Software version - Rest API

I've installed the 'HPE StoreOnce VSA Software version'
Version: 3.18.20
Currently without a license.
Is the Rest API should be available withput a license?

I've tried to get a token according to the documentation.
I'm getting 200 but without a body (with the token etc.)

I've tried curl / Postman and get the same result in each

curl -i -X POST -H "Content-Type:application/json" -H "Accept:application/json" -d '{"username":"Admin","password":"admin","grant_type":"password"}' --insecure https://192.168.68.208/pml/login/authenticatewithobject

And after i deform the url string, still get 200 which is weird.

The VSA comes with limited period license and API doesn't work later.
