[ssid1] : D2DManager process state has changed: OK to Critical (SMM)
Hello,
we have HP StoreOnce VSA Software with this error in the logs [ssid1] : D2DManager process state has changed: OK to Critical (SMM)
the existing cifs share is empty after i restarted the system to see if that would solve the problem.
is there a way to fix this problem?

Dear Customer,
SMM going Critical can be because of many reasons, we need to validate the Status of Service set and check which
service is efffected by command #serviceset show stat
Also we can resetart the serviceset and check if the issue persists..
If the issue is still there i would recommded to Log a Call with HPE , so we can validate if any the logs in the below location and check what has caused the isssue.
<NodeName>\d2d\ssid1\sf\d2dss\smm\log\DatabaseReport.txt .
If there is any bad integrity we will that whcih will make Change the Status from Crtitical to Running.
