Start Cloud Bank Copy
Hoping someone can help, we have a StoreOnce 3640 and have a large number of backups on there. Enabled the Cloud Bank and it is connected to Azure storage and so far it has only transferred 2.1 KB of data and then stopped. The status is Online.
How do I initiate the copy of the backups?

Re: Start Cloud Bank Copy
Hello @NHiorns,
To utilise the cloudbank storage, your backup policy must involve a cloud copy. Please check which backup solution are you using and does the backup policy involves cloud copy.
For example, different HPE RMC backup policies are like below. Here only the platinum policy involves a cloud copy. The rest of the policies don't.
Platinum — Contains Snapshot, Express Protect, and Cloud Copy.
Gold — Contains Snapshot, Express Protect, and Catalyst Copy.
Silver — Contains Snapshot and an Express Protect.
Peer Copy — Contains Snapshot and a Peer Copy.
SQL T-Log Backup Policy (Only for MS SQL) — Contains Snapshot and a Transaction Log backup.
Bronze — Contains only a Snapshot.
