StoeonceOnce 3640 - Max number of files in NAS Share ?

Hello,

I would like to store about 20 M of files (about 6 To) on a StoreOnce 3640 in a NAS Share and replicate it to a second StoreOnce 3640 to a remote site. It is for a inhouse GED with 11 years of retention.

Actual storage is distributed on several Windows Server, but I need to consolidate.

Is there any limitations of the number of file store on a single share ?

To complete the information, folder depth has 3 level - year / month / day

Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Philippe C.

Hello @PhilippeC,

That is a system-recommended content. Please ignore if the post is not relevant to what you are looking for.
Each NAS share on any StoreOnce model supports up to 1,000,000 items (including files and directories).

I  will have to make many multple shares ... or move to another storage system
