StorageWorks 1000i VLS setup problem

Hi,

I have a 1000i VLS that I have installed and connected to our LAN. I have run the VLS discovery utility and it is successfuly detected. I have completed the necessary fields, IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS IP address. When I type in the IP address in my browser I receive the login page but when I try to login with the default id administrator and password of admin I receive the following error message:

Error retrieving Device Information
There was an error retrieving and processing the devices.
Check all connections, log back on, and try again.
Click Logon to try again.

Any suggestions?
