StoreOnce VSA FREE ERROR

Hello,

After deploy the StoreOnce VSA FREE to my vCenter environment, the login page display:

 

"Cannot communicate with proxy subsystem"

 

The version is 3.13, there are no events related in the GUI, the reboot has been done may times.

 

Any idea ?
