Hello,
I'm just installed a new StoreOnce VSA G4 to replace aan oldest one. I have activated 1TB free license, but the generated file seems to be wrong. When I upload the file to ther appliance appears following error:
The uploaded license file is invalid and cannot be decoded. Check the file or download the license again.
The serial number used to generate the file is correct.
See attachments fo more details.

From your screenshots, I see you have downloaded a file with a different Family Name and Product Name.
Follow the steps to download the StoreOnce VSA Freeware License:
-> Search StoreOnce -> Find the information as specified below in the Tabular column
Family: StoreOnce G4 VSA Category: Eval | Trial Product Name: HPE StoreOnce VSA GEN 4 - 1 TB Freeware License.
-> Click the dropdown and select Get License -> After entering the details -> Click Activate -> Download File
Here is the Link to download the license file: https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com
NOTE: Please make sure the tabular details specified above are the same when downloading the file.
