Upgrade KIT SO3660 compatible with StoreOnes3640 Base system

Hi everyone, 

Since StoreOnes3640 is EOS,  is there any chance to upgrade it using the 3660 upgrade kit?

Unfurtunately this is not going to work.

The 3660 has a different RAID controller comparing with the 3640 and also the expansion enclosure is different. Different chgassis and the 3660 expansion is coming with 8TB drives while the 3640 expansion supports only 4TB drives

can you confirme if Storeonce 3640 is EOS?

and if upgrade kit is no more available, the only solution will be to completely change the infrastructure? this will be no good.

The StoreOnce 3640 capacity kits may still be orderable.  If not available from HPE site, you may look for product number BB962A. (storage enclosure for StoreOnce 3640 ) and  license  - BB963A - HPE StoreOnce 3640 48TB Cap Upgrade LTU 

StoreOnce 3640 and 3660 capacity kits cannot be mixed. There are hardware differences.
