Re: virtual library
Have you accessed the web site to obtain the license key?
>>>>>>>>>
Obtain a license key from the HP web site (http://www.webware.hp.com) using the VLS serial
number and license registration number.
The VLS serial number must be the one obtained from the VLS GUI identity page.
>>>>>
Some follow-up questions if you have already done the above.
1. From Command View TL, are the licenses assigned to the VLS device or are they in the Unkown category?
2. Are you trying to install the license for the base configuration or are these capacity upgrades that you are trying to license?
3. How many total disk enclosures do you have physically installed on your VLS device?

Re: virtual library
Basically the actual problem is that I got one VLS 6105 node and one Msa 20 Disk enclosure. First of all when I add my library through Command Veiw TL in the status window it diplay message that software mis-match detected. And when i access Command View VLS and try to create library it gives an error message that license not installed. I have checked in the license key summary tab, there is only license i.e. Instant on License present there.
