VLS6109 robot cannot recognized by DP6.0

VLS6109 robot cannot recognized by DP6.0

I setup rx1600 (11iv2) with VLS6109 & MSL2024FC. When I installed DP6.0 in rx1600 and detect both equipments that DP6.0 cannot recognize the robot arms. Only virtual LTO3 tape drives and library have been detected.

How can solve it?
