VLS9000 - INIT_CA_CORE, Failed to start CA Applications, V3.0 firmware
We are having a problem trying to create a new virtual library on a VLS9000 after upgrading from V2.2.0 to V3.0.0-6 firmware. We cannot create a new library, we get the errors listed in the Subject line, and the VLS says it is operating in a "Degraded" Status. At this point, our only solution is to downgrade back to firmware V2.2.0. Has anyone seen this issue with upgrading from V2.2.0 to V3.0.0-6 ?

Re: VLS9000 - INIT_CA_CORE, Failed to start CA Applications, V3.0 firmware
When you enable the Deduplication (at the moment you install the dedup licenses) the VLS start to initialize the process and this take several time. if at that moment the library is rebooted or other actions are done, the initialization process will fails and at next reboot you will get that error
