Web server failed on StoreOnce 4700
Hi,
I can't connect to my StoreOnce 4700 management GUI; a 404 error is displayed. If I log onto the console I immediately get the following:
"Error: Failed to connect to StoreOnce management services. Some commands may not work.
Problem communicating with FM"
All disk-to-disk backups are working without error.
I'm guessing that the Fusion Manager process has failed.
Is there a way to restart the FM process without having to reboot the StoreOnce device?
TIA,
John

Re: Web server failed on StoreOnce 4700
I took this problem up with HPE and didn't get answer other than, "That's odd".
I found that it occurred when I attempted to delete an individual backup file via the GUI. The only solution was to reboot the device.

Re: Web server failed on StoreOnce 4700
There is not a mechanism for restarting the FM that is accessible by the user. What version of code are you running on this unit? My recommendation would be to get a case opened up for us to investigate the issue.
