Our dual VSA System with about 7TB Data is down after a outage of the Cache Tier.
We rebooted the bothVSA (and FOM) after perfect resync, after that we see "Cannot login to the console because the storage system has not yet finally initialized" . All IP addresses ping perfectly, even CMC cant connect and says "not found". We can conenct to CLIQ via ssh, but it cant connect to "127.0.0.1:5889".
It is really urgent, maybe someone has a clue whats going on,

SolutionThis would need a Support Case as we need to log into the Backend of the VSA.
We need to generate a one time password which cannot be shared here.
Hence request you to log a Support Case.

Re: Dual NODE VSA System DOWN - please help
Hello Rachna
We are experiencing the exact same issue with one of our clusters. Just opened a ticket with HPE but I would like to know how long it approx. takes to resolve this issue? The affected cluster has been running for about 4.5 years and got patched frequently.
Depending on that we need to check if the VMs should be recovered on another storage.
There are two more similar systems that are going to be replaced in January 2022 and I would like to know if this is a general error with all running VSAs.
Thank you and regards,
Jerry
