For the StoreVirtual VSA for Hyper-V, dedicate a virtual network for iSCSI traffic
I"m interested on opinions on the statement from the config guide around network setup specifically around "For the StoreVirtual VSA for Hyper-V, dedicate a virtual network for iSCSI traffic".
I know it suggests a dedicated vitrual switch with redundant ports to connect to the VM and that is pretty straight forward.
Should the host iSCSI NIC be connected to that same virtual switch, or should the host also have two additional physical NICs for iSCSI traffic too?
That is a lot of 10G ports on a server if true.... 2x ISCSI VSwitch, 2x iSCSI host, 2x Host/LiveMigration, 2x VM Virtual Switch = 8x 10G ports per host!

StoreVirtual VSA for Hyper-V configuration for ISCSI Nic - You can put them on the same virtual switch
