HP P4500 G2 cannot get license key USB

Requesting the license key
The easiest way to enter the license key into the system is by using a USB flash drive. You can also
type in the license key if you do not have a USB flash drive.
1. Go to https://webware.hp.com and click Manage licenses

I can not access this link https://webware.hp.com

Please help resolve this issue.

Hi

the site now is https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/auth/login 

but if you want to rerieve a license it is registerd on the HPE passport that issued the license

so you must logon with that account.
