HP VirtualStorage 4530 - Corrupt Cache
Hello,
We have 2 HP VirtualStorage 4530 in a management group. When we came back from Christmas, I noticed that one was no longer in the management group and was show a Cache Corrupt error. We have had the cache module and battery replaced but the error still exists.
I have run diagnostic checks and I get a 'Fail Cache 1 -> Corrupt' result.
How do I sort this, I am stuck on what to do next? Is this something HP support can help with?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Regards
Sean

Re: HP VirtualStorage 4530 - Corrupt Cache
You can check the status of the Cache in iLO and IML.
Also we can check the status in SMH (System Management Homepage)
However this might need further investigation from the Backend.
Request you to raise a ticket with the Support.
