HPE Storageworks P4300 - Shutdown
Hello,
in our farm we have 2 SAN HP Storageworks P4300 G2 running clustered.
Both machines are connected to a UPS, the UPS batterey needs to be replaced that has been damaged for many days.
The volumes of all virtual servers reside on the two machines.
The question is: is it possible shutdown both SANs, replace the UPS battery and then turn on both SANs without losing data? Or is there any risk?
I state that I have backups of virtual machines but I would not obviously waste time rebuilding the structure.
Thanks for your suggestions !!
