Install for FOM on HyperV fails on Windows server 2012 datacenter

I am trying to do a new install of HP_StoreVirtual_Failover_Manager_FOM_for_Hyper-V on a Windows 2012 datacenter server with the Hyper-V role installed but no matter what I always get "Platform not supported" when trying to launch the install,  tried using compatibility mode, run as admin etc but nothing.   

the version is 10.5

Any ideas ??

Did you resolve this.. getting it when making a 10.5 FOM on 2012...

Yes I did,  it seems that the installer does not see 2012 evaluation as a supported edition,  after converting to a licensed version I was able to install the FOM.

Stupid though

You can run  slmgr.vbs /dlv from command prompt to see which version you are running
